How to Order a Customized Item

At MaCreate, we love bringing your unique ideas to life! Follow these simple steps to order a customized item:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to Info@macreate.com.au with the following details:

  • Your Name
  • Item You Want to Customize (e.g., tote bag, hoodies, mug, t-shirt)
  • Design Idea (attach images, sketches, or a detailed description)
  • Preferred Colors & Fonts (if applicable)
  • Any Special Requests

Step 2: Design Review & Confirmation

  • We will review your request and reply within 24-48 hours with a digital mock-up or clarification questions.
  • You are allowed two (2) FREE revisions to adjust the design before finalizing. Additional changes will incur a small fee of $5 per revision.

Step 3: Payment & Production

  • Once you approve the final design, full payment is required to proceed with production. An invoice will be sent which includes:
    ✅ Item Customization Cost
    Standard Shipping Fee of $15 or FREE for orders above $100, within Australia 
    Additional Revision Fees (if applicable)
  • Payments can be made via Pay ID or Bank Transfer. Payment details will be given through email.
  • Production will begin after payment is received, and your item will be ready within 5-7 business days.

Step 4: Delivery or Pick-Up

  • Shipping: Once completed, your custom item will be shipped to your provided address. A tracking number will be sent to you if applicable.
  • Pick-Up Option: If you're local, you can choose to pick up your order at Noble Park Victoria. We will notify you when your item is ready and schedule a pick-up time.

Customization Policy

Revisions: Up to 2 free revisions; extra revisions cost $5 each.
No Refunds: As each item is custom-made, all sales are final. Please review your design carefully before approval.
Processing Time: Orders take 5-7 business days, after payment is received.
Communication: All customization requests must be made via email to ensure clear documentation.
