**2. No Returns or Refunds:
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been confirmed and processed.
**3. Order Modifications:
  • Modifications to custom orders can be made within 24hrs of placing the order. Once the order is in production, changes cannot be made.
**4. Production Time:
  • The estimated production time for custom orders is 2-3 days. We will make every effort to complete and deliver your order within this timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
**5. Shipping and Delivery:
  • Custom items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues with delivery once the item has been shipped. **6. Quality Assurance:
  • We take great care to ensure that all custom items meet our high-quality standards. In the event of a production error or defect, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your item to discuss potential resolutions.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all custom details (including text, size, color, design, etc.) are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors in the custom details provided by you.

  • By submitting custom designs or logos, you confirm that you have the right to use any intellectual property contained within them. We are not liable for any infringement issues related to custom designs provided by you.
